Most orders are shipped from our third party warehouse partners in New Jersey, USA.
HOW FAST DO ORDERS SHIP?
All USA orders are shipped via UPS. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from New Jersey.
We offer UPS Ground Shipping and UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.
Shipping tracking data is emailed to the customer on the day of shipment.
Expect orders to be shipped within 1-2 days during regular EST business hours. Orders placed after business hours or during the weekend will be fulfilled in the next 2 business days.
WHY IS SHIPPING COSTLY?
Just like ordering furniture, Follies come in a pretty large box (25 in x 20 in x 10in, ~12lbs) so expect to add some shipping costs to your order. All shipping is calculated based on already discounted ground shipping costs that we have secured with our warehouse partner.
CAN I PICK UP IN-PERSON IN WASHINGTON, DC?
Our studio is located in Washington, DC. We do not currently allow DC-based online customers to pick up their orders but we are hoping to resume in-person events and workshops in Fall 2021 for immediate, take-home purchases.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally at this time. Check back in 2022 for updates on our stockist list.
MISSING/DAMAGED/STOLEN PACKAGES
We do not issue refunds on lost packages. If you have any questions about your package you can also contact UPS at their main customer service number:
1 (800) 742-5877. You will need to have your tracking number on hand when you call them, the tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
